Who we are
Marque is a private vehicle registry operated by Olive Loan 123 LLC, 85 4th Ave Apt 2JJ, New York, NY 10003. Questions about this policy can go to support@auto-marque.com.
What we collect
- Account data — your name, email, and password hash, used to authenticate you.
- Phone number — collected only if you enable SMS reminders, and used solely to send the reminders you requested.
- Vehicle records you create — VINs, photos, documents, service history, valuations, locations, and the alerts you set on them.
- Billing data — handled by Stripe. We never see your card number; we receive only the subscription status and last four digits.
- Operational logs — IP address, user-agent, timestamps for security and abuse-prevention.
SMS reminders — consent and opt-out
We send SMS reminders only to users who have explicitly opted in via the toggle in Settings. Each message includes the source (Marque), the alert context, and the phrase “Reply STOP to opt out.”
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT to any Marque text. You can resume them by replying START, or by re-enabling the toggle in Settings. Reply HELP for support information.
Message frequency varies based on the alerts attached to your vehicles. Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier. We do not share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we use data
- To operate the registry and the alerts you configure.
- To deliver the email and SMS reminders you have explicitly enabled.
- To process billing through Stripe.
- To investigate abuse, fraud, and security incidents on the service.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account data while your account is active and for a short window after cancellation in case you reactivate. You can request full deletion at any time by emailing support@auto-marque.com. SMS opt-out records are retained as required by carrier compliance rules.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete your account by contacting support. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA), the same channel handles those requests.
Changes
We will post material changes to this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Marque after changes means you accept the revised policy.
